What data we collect
This is an informative website. We do not require account registration and we do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising tool.
The only personal data we may process is:
- Server logs: standard technical logs generated automatically by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type, date/time of visit), kept only for security and technical troubleshooting purposes.
- Contact form and email submissions: if you contact us via our contact form or by emailing us directly, we process the name, email address, and message content you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry. Your message is sent directly to our internal email inbox; it is not shared with, or processed by, any third party.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis and purpose
We process this limited data on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functioning website (server logs) and in responding to enquiries you initiate (contact form), under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period
- Server logs: retained for six months, then automatically deleted.
- Contact form and email messages: retained for six months, unless the enquiry leads to a client relationship, in which case the data is retained in accordance with our client records policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
